This class aims to introduce student engineers to present the general concepts of vibrating
systems in order to lay the foundations for further study of wave propagation.

This course covers:
- Ideal systems,
- Harmonique oscillators
- Non-harmonique oscillations
- Normal vibration modes
- Free oscillations
- Dampening
- Sinusoidal sollicitations
- Composition of vibrations
- Mechanical coupling of discreet systems
- Coupling limits
- Propagation of deformations
- Wave notions
