The main objective of MICP option is to bring to future engineers a whole of diversified tools for analysis allowing the apprehension of the principal aspects of the management of projects in a context of permanent innovation. by providing a lot of theoretical and practical references sufficiently larges so that those can be adapted and used in varied and evolutionary situations. MICP option also provides elements allowing to apprehend the management of the innovation in an international context and to present some tools of them: international economic environment, international economic institutions, strategies of internationalization, the dynamics of evolution, strategies of companies, project management, financing of projects, data-processing techniques of piloting and international management and project control.

APPLICATION IN A CASE STUDY

Option MICP comprises an application relating to the collection and the analysis of information to direct and indirect ends of management of projects. The objective of this work is to present, using the clarified concepts and methodologies explained in courses and TD, case studies aiming at analyzing branches of industry, or markets in emergence or change. Several angles of sight could be approached in an exclusive way or simultaneously: structures of market, strategies of internationalization of firms, the organization of companies, the role of the innovation in the companies. Ex: Strategies of the new offerers of services related to Internet: in the field of the E-trade (distribution flow B to C), the projects of innovation: financing and integration of the risk, the role of the innovation in the council with companies.

 

1. Strategic international management and process of innovation (60h)

1.1 International economic Environment

Great stages of the development of the international trade; international economic institutions; stakes of the modes of exchange; free trade, protectionism and economic theories of the international trade: regionalization (EU, ALENA, Mercosur): principle, history of the stakes; diversity of the forms of capitalisms: model Anglo-Saxon, model Rhenish, model Scandinavian; which place for the DEVELOPING COUNTRIES in Universalization?

1.2: The firm and international

Companies face to universalization; strategies of internationalization, firms multinational: specificities and stakes; multinational corporations face to face with the geopolitical and ethical questions: internationalization and management: American firms, Japanese firms, European firms: particular models of organization and "government of company".

1.3 :Industrial economie, dynamics of innovation and strategies of firms

- Concepts and models of the Industrial Economy (analyzes determinants of the structures of the markets and forms of competition in principal theories of I.E.(internal excitation));

- Seek & Développement, Processus of innovation and technological change: models and prospects for multiple analysis;

- Strategies of the companies face to new technologies and the globalisation: worms of new competing models?

Elements of financial mathematics; Profitability of the investments; cost of the capital, behavior in dubious future; undivided and bond loans, credit - lease.

3-1. Piloting and project control

Management and project control on software of project planning; management of the costs, the times and quality starting from case studies; Control advance and piloting multi-projects; Needs and obligations of a project leader; Chartre of the project Team.
