This training lets students discover the way a firm manages itself and take part in an activity in relation with the management.

 

Written evaluation: The study report
The student must write a report that should be 25 pages long :
- A succinct presentation of the company
- An analysis of internal and external actual functions
- An analysis of the management activities
- A strategic consideration from general analysis
The student must take considerations on the company strategy allowing him/her eventually some evolutionary propositions.


Oral evaluation: A presentation with a communication tool
The communication support should be visual, attractive and informative. It must deliver to clearly identified recipients a clear and immediate message about internal or external company communication. This requires a financial participation of the company.
A Communication Tool should be prepared integrating texts and pictures in order to represent a real work of communication useful for the company.
It should be based on poster, notice, booklet, company publication.
Nature and support choice should be proposed on basis of a specifications sheet provided by the company and validated by ENIC. The company should fund the realisation of the support and will be the final owner after its evaluation.
The Communication Tool will serve as part of the EVALUATION and must be ready for the presentation.
