It is a course which address to future executives selected to exert responsibilities of management and, for this reason, to make decisions assigning the people placed under their responsibility. The objective of this module is that the students acquire knowledge, discover techniques and method which they will be able to apply when they face problems of management. Thanks to practical cases, students will exploit them using grids and diagrams of analysis. At the end of the module, the students will have to be able of describe the principal methods of human resources currently adopted, to understand how the constraints of L environment and the choice of a strategy influence the human resources, to indicate how the design of the organization can influence company's life.
